What is the estimated delivery time?

All stock items are dispatched within 14 days. Custom-manufactured items, printed displays, and graphic design services are subject to longer lead times. We need 10-12days to print and produce. Please see the website product pages for individual dispatch and delivery times. For the USA, shipping time 10-12 working days. For Europe, shipping time 10-15 working days (This does not include customs time.)

What is the warranty?

Our LED Lightboxes are supplied with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We offer a 100% customer satisfaction warranty - if you are not happy, please let us know and we will work with you to fix the problem.

How do i ask custom design service?

We can make graphic designs. You can add our graphic design service to your order during the checkout process online. Once your order is placed, a dedicated designer will reach out to you by phone to go over your design preferences. Based on your discussion, we’ll create the artwork and send you a visual proof for review. Production will only begin after you’ve approved the final design.

How do I assemble the LED Lightbox?

Yes, the LED Lightbox is designed for quick and effortless setup—no tools required. Assembly and disassembly are fast and straightforward, and each lightbox comes with a clear instruction manual to guide you through the process. Simply align the number-coded frame sections, connect the built-in power cables, and insert the SEG graphics into the frame channels. Once everything is in place, plug in the power cable and you’re ready to go.

Which LED Lightbox sizes do you offer?

Our LED Lightbox collection is available in a wide range of sizes, including 2m, 2.5m, and 3m in height. The 2m (H) light boxes—offered in 1m, 2m, and 3m widths—are ideal for shell scheme exhibition stands, retail environments, or any space with height limitations. For larger or more open setups, the 2.5m (H) options come in 1m, 2m, and 3m widths, making them a great choice for both shell scheme and space-only exhibition stands.
