Powering the LED Backlit Exhibition Arch:
Preinstalled LED lights are integrated within the TFS light box frame, providing illumination that is both bright and evenly diffused across your custom-branded SEG graphics. The design of the Lightbox Bridge means that the upright lightbox at the front of the arch display is powered via the ceiling lightbox using a linking cable. This eliminates the need for an additional power unit at the foot of the arch and enables you to conceal all power cables for a neat finish.
To power this complete lightbox exhibition stand, you need at least 180 watts. If you add the optional lightbox counter, an additional 45 watts will be required.
Personalized Lightbox Graphics Printing:
You can choose between single or double-sided SEG lightbox graphics as standard for this kit, for the same price. Single-sided graphics include a plain black background graphic on the rear of the back wall and top of the ceiling lightbox only. All other SEG graphics are custom-printed with your design. Double-sided graphics include custom-printed SEG graphics on each panel, plus a black-back graphic for the top of the ceiling arch. The top graphic for the lightbox ceiling is a light-block black back graphic for better illumination of the underside of the lightbox exhibition arch.

Delivery
Delivery is to ground floor only. All protective packaging needs to be disposed of / recycled by the recipient. Large quantities of products may be delivered on a pallet which is a curb side delivery only. Unpacking, pallet disposal and moving of products cannot be undertaken by our drivers. Please have adequate facilities and staff in place to accept deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Times
All stock items are dispatched within 14 days. Custom-manufactured items, printed displays, and graphic design services are subject to longer lead times. We need 10-12days to print and produce. Please see the website product pages for individual dispatch and delivery times. For the USA, shipping time 10-12 working days. For Europe, shipping time 10-15 working days (This does not include customs time.)
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are unique to each product based on weight, size and quantity. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Receipt of Goods
Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly for condition and quantity at time of delivery before signing for them. Please report any damage, accompanied with a supporting photograph and order number to april@e-zsign.com within 24hrs of receipt. Reported items after this time may lead to us being unable to support any claims.
Returns: Faulty Goods
We do not accept refund or return. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or with a manufacturing defect please contact us within 3 days, we will resend faulty part.
Returns: Cancelled Orders
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 3 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or damage sustained prior to the goods being received by us. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
If you have cancelled your order you must return the goods to us within 7 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged. Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.
If you choose to return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If items are lost or damaged during transit when being returned, we reserve the right to charge you or not refund you for the items.
Returns: Made to Order/Bespoke Items
Items that are manufactured to order, altered to your specification or custom printed with supplied artwork, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects, highlighted by the recipient within 24 hours of delivery.
