Self-Assemble Lightboxes For Exhibitions:
When choosing a branded display solution for exhibitions or events, you want a showcase that’s easy to assemble and take down and easy to store and transport between events.
Our 3m x 2.25m LED Fabric Lightbox requires no tools to put it together thanks to the numbered frame parts that click together to construct the frame. The LED beads are already integrated into the frame, so once you’ve assembled it, you just connect the internal cables, plug in and your lightbox frame is ready for your custom printed graphics.
The SEG tension fabric graphics included with your purchase are easy to install – they simply slide into the channels on the lightbox frame. Once installed your branding is tensioned, professional, and stretched edge to edge across the entire lightbox display.
The complete Fabric Lightbox disassembles and packs away into the supplied padded trolley case for easy transport and storage.
Double-Sided Fabric Lightboxes:
Our LED Lightboxes aren’t complete until you add your choice of custom-printed tension fabric SEG graphic to your order. For the same price, you can opt for either double-sided graphics (showcase branding on both sides, either replicated print or a different design on either side) or the single-sided option (featuring a double-sided reverse panel with white and black sides to accentuate the effect of the internal LEDs on your custom printed design).
The 3m (w) Lightbox can be used as a standalone display stand or linked to others in the range. We also offer 1m, and 2m wide display lightboxes (all 2.25m high). These different-sized LED displays can be linked together to help you create a larger illuminated exhibition stand as needed. In addition, an LED Counter Display is also available.

Delivery
Delivery is to ground floor only. All protective packaging needs to be disposed of / recycled by the recipient. Large quantities of products may be delivered on a pallet which is a curb side delivery only. Unpacking, pallet disposal and moving of products cannot be undertaken by our drivers. Please have adequate facilities and staff in place to accept deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Times
All stock items are dispatched within 14 days. Custom-manufactured items, printed displays, and graphic design services are subject to longer lead times. We need 10-12days to print and produce. Please see the website product pages for individual dispatch and delivery times. For the USA, shipping time 10-12 working days. For Europe, shipping time 10-15 working days (This does not include customs time.)
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are unique to each product based on weight, size and quantity. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Receipt of Goods
Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly for condition and quantity at time of delivery before signing for them. Please report any damage, accompanied with a supporting photograph and order number to april@e-zsign.com within 24hrs of receipt. Reported items after this time may lead to us being unable to support any claims.
Returns: Faulty Goods
We do not accept refund or return. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or with a manufacturing defect please contact us within 3 days, we will resend faulty part.
Returns: Cancelled Orders
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 3 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or damage sustained prior to the goods being received by us. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
If you have cancelled your order you must return the goods to us within 7 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged. Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.
If you choose to return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If items are lost or damaged during transit when being returned, we reserve the right to charge you or not refund you for the items.
Returns: Made to Order/Bespoke Items
Items that are manufactured to order, altered to your specification or custom printed with supplied artwork, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects, highlighted by the recipient within 24 hours of delivery.
